No. Innerly's assessments are tools for self-reflection and personal insight — not a replacement for guidance from qualified professionals. Our reports are informational in nature and designed to help you understand yourself better.

Most self-discovery tools available today were developed in the western world, matching their cultural contexts and spoken language. While the underlying science is universal, the way questions are framed, the examples used, and the way results are interpreted often don't resonate with people in India and across Asia.

It depends on the specific assessment being taken. Most of the assessment tools on Innerly take anywhere between 10 and 25 minutes. The actual time is shown to you at the beginning of the assessment.
While some assessments may feel long and some questions within a test may feel repetitive, please trust that they are needed by the underlying scientific framework.
No — all assessments are free to start without an account. Your results are stored temporarily in your browser session.
However, if you want to save your reports permanently, track your results over time, or retake assessments in the future to see how you've grown, we recommend creating a free account. This takes less than a minute.
Yes. When you begin an assessment, you'll receive a unique session code. Keep this code safe — you can use it to return to exactly where you left off, even if you close your browser.
We recommend not switching between devices mid-assessment, as this may affect how your responses are saved.
Both partners take the Couples Compatibility assessment independently — each receives their own unique code after completing the questionnaire. When both partners are done, entering both codes together generates a compatibility report based on a comparison of your responses.
Each partner's individual responses remain private. Only the combined compatibility insights are shared in the joint report. Individual detailed reports are also available for a smaller fee.
Always answer based on how you actually are — not how you wish you were or how you think you should be. There are no right or wrong answers, and no personality type is better than another.
The more honest you are, the more accurate and useful your report will be. Innerly is a mirror — it reflects what you put in.
Yes. You can retake any assessment as many times as you like. Personality traits tend to be relatively stable over time, but significant life events, personal growth, or major changes in circumstances can shift scores meaningfully.
We suggest retaking after at least 6–12 months for the most meaningful comparison. Account holders can track their scores across retakes.
After completing an assessment, you'll receive a brief summary of your results — your overall personality profile, your dominant traits, and a snapshot of where you stand across the key dimensions. This is available at no cost.
The full report is a detailed, beautifully designed document that includes:

The accuracy of your results depends directly on how honestly you answer.
That said, no instrument or method can capture the full complexity of a person. Use your report as a starting point for reflection and self-understanding, not as a definitive label. At the end of your report, you'll find a short feedback widget — we actively use this to improve our tools.
Yes. Full reports can be downloaded as a PDF or sent to your registered email address. You can share your report with whoever you choose — it's yours.
Please note that your individual responses to the assessment questions are never shared with anyone, including in couple reports.
The price differs from assessment to assessment. The price is shown to you before you access the full report.
Payments are processed securely. We accept multiple payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets). Currently all payments are accepted only in INR.
Once a report is unlocked and accessed, refunds are not available as the digital service has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue — for example, a payment was processed but your report did not unlock — please write to us at hello@theinnerly.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Yes. All payments on Innerly are processed through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. Innerly never stores your card details — they go directly to Razorpay's secure servers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Innerly. Our assessments are designed for adults navigating real-life contexts — career, relationships, personal growth.
Nobody. Your individual responses to assessment questions are stored securely and are never visible to any other user, not even in Couples Compatibility reports. Only the computed scores and interpreted insights are used to generate reports.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to hello@theinnerly.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
