Innerly's assessments are designed for self-reflection and personal insight. They are based on validated scientific frameworks but are not a replacement for guidance from qualified professionals. If you are experiencing serious personal, emotional, or psychological difficulties, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support.

Results from Innerly assessments are informational in nature and should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions.

When you create an account on Innerly, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on Innerly.

You agree not to:

• Use Innerly for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of Innerly's content without permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the assessment instruments or scoring logic

Certain features on Innerly require payment. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a report is unlocked and accessed, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered digitally. If you experience a payment issue, contact us at hello@theinnerly.com and we will work to resolve it fairly.

All content on Innerly — including assessment instruments, interpretations, reports, design, and text — is the intellectual property of Innerly. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.

Innerly provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of assessment results. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Innerly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Innerly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
